Founded by Richard Rosenthal, DMD, JD. Dr. Rosenthal has 35 years experience and is one of the largest providers of adults’ special needs dental services in the Philadelphia area.

Dr. Rosenthal maintains privileges at several hospitals and provides office services locally in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Originally from New York, Dr. Rosenthal attended Dental School at the University of Pennsylvania.
